1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided:
- Bags are unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags, packaging, dust bags (if included), and accessories are intact
- Items are free of stains, scratches, odors, or signs of wear
- Return is not due to change of mind beyond regulatory rights (where applicable)
2. Qualifying Returns
- Defective, damaged, or faulty bags upon arrival
- Incorrect item sent (wrong model, color, size)
- Product significantly different from website description
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, worn, or altered bags
- Bags without original tags or packaging
- Clearance, final-sale, or customized items
- Items returned after the 7-day period
4. Return Process
- Email krter@ktlesmon.com within 7 days of delivery with: order number, photos of item/defect, reason for return.
- Wait for official return approval and return shipping instructions.
- Send the item back in secure packaging with tracking.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for returns due to our error (defect, wrong item).
5. Refund & Exchange
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Processing timelines may vary by payment provider and bank.
