RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided:

  • Bags are unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags, packaging, dust bags (if included), and accessories are intact
  • Items are free of stains, scratches, odors, or signs of wear
  • Return is not due to change of mind beyond regulatory rights (where applicable)

2. Qualifying Returns

  • Defective, damaged, or faulty bags upon arrival
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong model, color, size)
  • Product significantly different from website description

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or altered bags
  • Bags without original tags or packaging
  • Clearance, final-sale, or customized items
  • Items returned after the 7-day period

4. Return Process

  1. Email krter@ktlesmon.com within 7 days of delivery with: order number, photos of item/defect, reason for return.
  2. Wait for official return approval and return shipping instructions.
  3. Send the item back in secure packaging with tracking.
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for returns due to our error (defect, wrong item).

5. Refund & Exchange

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Processing timelines may vary by payment provider and bank.
